Kay specializes in residential properties located in Crystal Lake, Prairie Grove, The Village of Lakewood, Cary, Woodstock, Wonder Lake, Lake in the Hills, Algonquin, McHenry, Bull Valley, Oakwood Hills, Johnsburg, Trout Valley, Lakemoor and Huntley, Illinois. Kay has always been involved in the greater Realtor community; in 1996-97 she was President of the McHenry County Association of Realtors. She was honored by the McHenry County Association of Realtors as the 1997 Realtor of the Year for her outstanding client service, and was awarded the 1997 Illinois State Member of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors. In 2002 Kay served as President of the Illinois State Women's Council of Realtors and in 2003 Kay was honored as the Women's Council of Realtors Elgin Area/McHenry County Realtor Member of the Year. In 2004 Kay served as a Leadership Liaison for the Illinois Association of Realtors. 
 

 Kay served as the 2008 Illinois State Association of Realtors President. In 2008 Kay Chaired the IAR Executive Committee, Leadership Committee and the NAR Political Advisory Working Group. She will also serve as an NAR Director.  She is a  member of the National Association of Realtors Federal Housing Policy Committee. Demonstrating her standing in her field for the past 10 years Kay has been selected by her peers as the "Most Referred Real Estate Professional" in McHenry County.
